Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, and we are unable to reimburse the purchase price under any circumstances. If you are a registered user, you may change the booking time of your ticket up to 1 hour before the booked session starts. Booking times cannot be changed within 1 hour of the scheduled session. For tickets purchased on-site, booking changes can be requested in person or by sending an email to jegy@buda.cyberjump.hu, no later than 48 hours before the booked session.
