Minimum number of participants: 4 people (must be paid regardless of attendance). Advance payment is required to book, covering 4 packages. Maximum online booking: 28 people. Changes to the event details (including number of attendees) must be made no later than 2 days before the event.

Elevenpark – Cyberjump combined packages are only available for children over 6 years of age. You can get the Cyberjump’s bands only if you sign our declaration of responsibility for all of your guests. The celebration is always held in Elevenpark

FAQ
Birthday packages are bookable for a minimum of 4 people. 1 table is provided for up to 14 people; 2 tables from 15 people onward. You must pay for 4 people upfront, the rest is paid on-site based on actual attendance. You can confirm the final number of guests on-site with staff. However, you cannot drop below 4 people if one table was reserved, or below 15 people if two tables were reserved. IMPORTANT: The number of cake slices cannot be changed on the day of the event. Notify us of changes at least 2 days prior. The ordered cake quantity will always be invoiced.
Our birthday packages include one dessert per person. If you would like to bring your own cake in addition to this, please provide a document (HACCP) certifying the cake’s place of origin. Thank you!

Every birthday package includes one slice of cake per guest (selected from the available options during the booking process) and three pitchers of drinks per party table – two pitchers of fruit squash and one pitcher of water. Additional refills of fruit squash are available for an extra charge. Please ask our staff on-site about the current price and how refills work. Water can be refilled into the pitchers free of charge and without limit.
Packages that include a hot meal (Cyberparty Extra and Cyberstar Extra) offer a choice of: Chicken bites with french fries (3 chicken bites + 120 g french fries per person), or Hotdog with french fries (1 hotdog + 120 g French fries per person).
Our staff serve shareable items, such as the chicken bites and French fries, on a large platter for the table and are happy to help divide the portions. If you prefer a different serving arrangement, we will do our best to accommodate your request. The quantity included in your package will always be served in full for each guest.
Our birthday tables include standard table setting. If you would like a more festive setup, you can add our Celebration table decoration as an optional extra, which includes birthday-themed paper plates, cups, party hats, and streamers.

No. All birthday events start with 1 or 2 hours of jumping, followed by the celebration at the tables. The order cannot be changed.

No, as long as they don’t go onto the trampoline area and only attend the celebration, they do not need a ticket.
