There is no option for ticket refunds; we cannot refund money under any circumstances. The ticket date can be modified up to 48 hours before the reserved time. Within 48 hours, the time slot cannot be modified. Please only purchase tickets for a time slot within 48 hours if you acknowledge and accept that it cannot be modified!
