promotional prize draw


1. The organizer of the prize draw
1.1. The organizer of the prize draw (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize Draw”) presented in these participation and game rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Game Rules”) is Elevenpark Kft. (registered address: 2085 Pilisvörösvár, Szent Erzsébet utca 45. company registration number: 13 09 130348, tax number: 14848285-2-13) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2. The data management and processing related to the Prize Draw is carried out by the Organizer as data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”).
2. Conditions for participating in the Prize Draw
2.1. Any natural person over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “Player”) may participate in the Prize Draw.
2.2. The Organizer’s owners, employees and their close relatives, as well as other persons involved in the organization and conduct of the Prize Draw, are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
2.3. By participating in the Prize Draw, the Player acknowledges that he/she has fully read these Game Rules and accepts them unconditionally.
2.4. The Data Controller processes the Player’s personal data based on the Player’s voluntary, prior and detailed informed express consent. By participating in the Prize Draw, the Player expressly consents to the processing of his/her personal data.
3. Conducting the prize draw
3.1. The starting date of the game: 1 March, 2025.
The closing date of the game: 20 June, 2025.
– Weekly prize draws: Every Friday between March 7th and June 20th (16 times in total)
– Monthly prize draws: The following 5 times:
1. March 21, 2025
2. April 11, 2025
3. May 2, 2025
4. May 30, 2025
5. June 20, 2025
3.2. Game progress:
When purchasing a Trampoline Hero package, each customer will receive a physical (paper-based) raffle ticket as a gift at the reception of Cyberjump Trampoline Park, which they can decide how to use.
In order for the customer to participate in the prize draw as a Player, they must fill out the lottery ticket legibly, with their name and email address, and then drop the completed lottery ticket into the designated collection box. The collection boxes are placed in a clearly visible location in Cyberjump Trampoline Parks.
3.3. The prizes of the draw:
– Weekly prizes: 1 voucher card per draw, worth 2800 V-Bucks, or a PlayStation top-up card of equivalent value (16 in total)
– Monthly prizes: 1 PlayStation5 console per draw (5 in total)
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable.
3.4. The draw process:
The Organizer will select the winner (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”) from among the Players by drawing lots.
The draws will be held at the venue designated by the Organizer. The draw is carried out by a committee of 3 members. The draw is made randomly from the tickets placed in the collection box. All tickets placed in the box up to the time of the draw participate in the weekly and monthly draws. The tickets are collected during the entire game time without emptying the box. Tickets that have already been drawn are not returned to the collection box.
3.5. Winner notification and prize collection:
The Organizer will notify the Winner at the email address provided on the lottery ticket within 24 hours of the draw.
3.6. Receiving the prize:
The Winner can only collect the prize in person at the Cyberjump Trampoline Park where the draw is being held.
If the Winner does not respond to the notification sent via email within 5 working days from the date of the notification, the committee will draw a new ticket.
4. Rights and responsibilities of the Organizer
4.1. By participating in the Prize Draw, the Player accepts that he/she is fully liable for any damage caused to the Organizer by any violation of these Game Rules during participation.
4.2. In case of violation of these Game Rules, the Organizer will exclude the Player from the Prize Draw. If the ticket of the excluded Player is drawn, the ticket will be considered invalid and a new draw will automatically take place.
4.3. The Organizer excludes liability for any damages suffered by the Player or any third party resulting from the Player’s incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provision, the registration of a minor, and the loss of the notification sent to the Winners electronically for reasons not attributable to the Organizer, its unsuccessful delivery for other reasons, or its delay.
5. Data management
5.1. The Organizer processes the Player’s personal data in accordance with these Game Rules, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC (GDPR), Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information, and other relevant legislation.

6. Data controller, data processor
6.1. The Data Controller does not transfer the data to third parties.
6.2. The Data Controller only processes the Player’s personal data that the Player voluntarily provided to the Data Controller during participation in the game.
6.3. The Data Controller is entitled to process the Player’s personal data for the purpose of participating in the Prize Draw and handling the prize delivery, and the Data Controller is entitled to send a newsletter to the e-mail address provided by the Player.
6.4. The Data Controller processes the Player’s personal data for the period necessary to conduct the Prize Game, including the delivery of the Prizes, but at the latest until the Player withdraws his consent.
6.5. The player may withdraw his consent at any time, without any restriction or justification, free of charge, by sending an email to jegy@buda.cyberjump.hu.
6.6. The Data Controller ensures the security of the Player’s personal data and implements technical and organizational measures that guarantee an adequate level of protection of the Player’s personal data.
7. Complaints and claims
7.1. The Player may contact the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority (www.naih.hu) or the competent court with a complaint regarding data protection.
7.2. All complaints and claims must be addressed to the organizer of the prize draw at the following contact information: jegy@buda.cyberjump.hu.
7.3. The organizer will examine the received complaint and respond within 30 days.
7.4. In the event of a complaint, the Organizer is entitled to process the personal data (name, contact information) of the complainant provided in the complaint for the period necessary to resolve the complaint. In this case, the legal basis for data processing is the consent of the data subject, and the purpose of data processing is to resolve the complaint.
The Competition and participation in it are conducted in accordance with these Competition Rules, the Organizer’s General Terms and Conditions and data processing information. If the Competition Rules do not regulate any issue, the relevant provisions of the applicable laws shall apply.
